Bestselling author and Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (based on the research of Brené Brown) Justine Froelker talks from Mark 4, the Parable of the Farmer Scattering Seed. She discusses how oftentimes we let the worries and the drive for unimportant things of this world claim our lives, rather than letting the life of God take root and produce 'fruit' of eternal value. Justine challenges us to not just 'hear' the word, but to meditate and act on it so that our knowledge of the good news may not be choked and lost.

Mark 4:18-19 - Still others are the seed tossed among weeds and brambles. The word has reached them, but the things of this life—the worries, the drive for more and more, the desire for other things—those things cluster around close and choke the life of God out of them until they cannot produce.

Mark 4:20 - But those last seeds—those sown into good soil? Those people hear the word, accept it, meditate on it, act on it, and bear fruit—a crop 30, 60, or 100 times larger than the farmer dropped to earth.
